FALLEN WARRIORS WILL BE POSTING FLAGS TO HONOR THOSE WHO HAVE GIVEN THE UNLTIMATE SACRIFICE FOR OUR COUNTRY AND FOR THOSE WHO HAVE SERVED. THEY WILL BE PLACED ON THE LAWN IN FRONT OF THE RICHLANDS POLICE DEPARTMENT AND ALONG THE STREETS OF RICHLANDS IN REMEMBRANCE OF MEMORIAL DAY. THE EATHERED FLAG AND BRASS TAG WITH YOUR LOVED ONES INFORMATION WILL BE PRESENTED TO THE FAMILY IN A SPECIAL CEREMONY DURING THE 2018 RICHLANDS FREEDOM FESTIVAL. APR. 26: ENJOY AN AFTERNOON OF MUSIC FROM THE EAST RIVER MOUNTAIN TOWN BAND AS THEY PERFORM AT THE BLUEFIELD PERFORMING ARTS CENTER AT BLUEFIELD HIGH SCHOOL.

APR. 28: CAMP CREEK STATE PARK AND FOREST TIMBERSPORTS COMPETITION AND RAMP  EAST. A FULL DAY OF FUN IN BEAUTIFUL CAMP CREEK STATE PARK. THERE WILL BE MANY ACTIVITIES INCLUDING A FLOWER AND A BIRD WALK WITH BIBBEE NATURE CLUB FROM 8-10AM, THE RAMP FEAST FROM 11AM-3PM AND INCLUDES RAMP CASSEROLE, BROWN BEANS, CORNBREAD, SLAW, DRINK AND DESERT FOR ONLY $12.
